I’m the partner and second half of Team Tara Lyons, and the founder of RealMarkAI.com—where I help Realtors and small business owners discover smarter, simpler ways to use AI in their marketing.

After more than 30 years working alongside Tara, I’ve seen firsthand how the right systems and tools can transform the way we serve clients. My passion lies in finding better ways to market homes, simplify complex technology, and help agents and small businesses stand out in a competitive industry.

With a background in marketing from Conestoga College and a lifelong love of technology, I’ve built RealMarkAI to bridge the gap between real estate and innovation. From AI-powered listing exposure to content automation and client communication tools, my focus is helping agents spend less time on busywork and more time building relationships.

From creating one of the first VR fitness apps, to holographic business cards or augmented reality leadership propgrams.  I'm always looking to bring forward new technologies in new ways and then adapt them to the businesses that can benefit the most.

I’ve had the opportunity to speak at real estate conferences, RealTech meetups, and Secrets of the Masters events, sharing practical ways agents can use AI to grow. But at the end of the day, what matters most to me is helping people move forward—with confidence, clarity, and a better way of doing business.
